LI Ka Wai Kary
Despite being a relatively shy person,
I enjoy meeting new people and exploring new places.
Sometimes, I prefer to stay alone, rest, reflect and restart.
You may find me serious and quiet most of the time but I can be super funny and playful when I am around friends or in the kitchen.
I took part in creating the content of the guided self-help pack and created the prototype for the pilot test when we first implemented our original ideas.
After changing the direction of our project, I designed the logo, helped to set up the new social media platform and created some of the templates for our posts. I have been creating some posts in the format of memes and all the posts about tips to get along with parents (和父母相處小技巧) on our social media platform as well.

Chak Sing Anson
I have been contributing towards the process of initiation of the social media pages. The pages have started with difficulties in finding their roles, gaining publicity, and utilizing its use for better retirement by more valid and approachable contents. It tested for psychological-fact oriented posts being less attractive. After the change of target audience and project modeling, the workload changed. Like all group members, I contributed to the posts and feeds on Facebook and Instagram. The focus for my posts were of memes and the sharing of real-life examples to give better insight for retirement planning.

Hiroyuki Murakami Harold
I am generally an introverted person, but enjoy quality time with close friends and family. I love exploring new things and ideas of different topics and realms, but seldom concentrate on learning about specific things.
I was mainly responsible for managing the social media pages and the promotion of the platform. I would give advice on which posts should be promoted; contact related personnel and execute the advertisement on Instagram. I also participated in the creation of some templates used in the Instagram page. In terms of content creation, I was involved in posts about psychological facts in the format of Q&A and memes.

Sin Hong Ying Bonnie
I am a quiet person who don't like to hang out with a large group of people. Some may think it is boring, but I am very comfortable being alone. Staying at home with my cats is the most healing time for me.
I have been responsible for creating part of the Instagram and Facebook posts, including some of the memes and all psychological knowledge(心理學小知識). Besides, I contributed to optimising our project by developing, conducting the pilot test of the prototype, and interviewing our user to seek opinions on our Instagram. Based on the feedback, we then modify the content and design of our posts accordingly to fit the users' preferences and needs better.

Lam Tin Yuet Justin
Although I consider myself as an introverted person who prefers to spend time alone, I also enjoy hanging out with my small circle of friends. In my free time I often spend time exploring a wide range of hobbies, for example, music, board games and video games.
I have been responsible for posting relevant content in the Instagram and Facebook pages, naming psychological facts through Q&As and memes, although I chose to focus on the latter since I am more familiar with such culture. I was also involved in creating the pilot test and user experience questionnaires and analyzing the data in these surveys.

Justin Mike Lau
I am not quite an extroverted person but nether a really an introverted one. I will meet quite a lot of new friends if I want to, but I also have a period of time when met no new people. I have a lot of hobbies and that guarantees my spare time will not be boring.
I am responsible for posting content on social media, specifically practical knowledge and Q&As, which I was focusing on the former. I was also involved in collecting useful information, creating user experience questionnaires and analyzing the data in these surveys.
